Become a Foster-Friendly Business

For children in foster care, the government invests less than 50% of what it costs to raise a child. Any resource, experience or opportunity beyond a basic need is not required to be provided.

This means that children in foster care might not experience the same childhood as other children their age. This means they might miss out on those ballet lesson or never attend that special concert or never get to play mini golf with friends.

We are asking local businesses to step up and get involved- commit to providing a discount or free service for families who are fostering. Your business can have an impact of the experiences and outcomes of children in foster care.
